Happy new year! Are you ready for a reset? Although I have been intermittent fasting for five years, I always like to turn it up a notch. This new year won’t be any different except I hope that you will be joining me and 20,000 other people in a 5-day fasting challenge!
There are a host of benefits that fasting can provide. What better way to understand the many different types of fasting, which one is right for you, exactly how to do it and all with the support of experts and a community of thousands of other people looking to improve their health also.
I am hopeful that if you are reading this newsletter, you are in good health. Or maybe you are looking to improve or maintain your level of fitness and wellness. Many people are not healthy. The pandemic may be hitting them or someone that they know especially hard.
Eating more junk food, exercising less, more anxious, and getting less sleep is what a global study has confirmed - read this article from the New York Times, December 10, 2020, "Yes, Many of us are Stress-eating and Gaining Weight in the Pandemic”
