This GreenNote Fitness newsletter is a best of 2016 that enhanced people’s lives in the areas of body, mind, and spirit. May this reflection help you in 2017 to keep going and improving yourself, to be in service to others. “I will keep constant watch over myself and - most usefully - will put each day up for review. We take a look at five different challenges I completed and hidden benefits from putting ourselves in “uncomfortableness”. Giving thanks, having purpose… This one resonated with many of you. It reminds us that our time on earth is limited and it matters what we do with our lives. A good reminder of what others have done for us and giving pause for what we choose to do with our gifts. If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you… What challenge have you stepped up to? What has forced you outside your comfort zone? I share from my own experiences with two big decisions I made and their importance. Success formula…make it easy... With the shear volume of information and things, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. This newsletter helps to break things down a bit with a perspective from Jim Rohn. Tips for a better body (Part 1 & Part 2) This keeps it simple. Know which exercises you should master, tips on how to complete them and number of repetitions you should strive for. As we close the chapter on 2016, let’s think of any “failures” instead as lessons learned and any great challenges as opportunities for change. As we open a new chapter, let’s draw strength from the following quote, “… Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life.
