Take control of your brain health. That is what Dr. Mark Hyman is encouraging us to do in his new documentary series, Broken Brain. He and his team are getting to the root of understanding the causes of brain disorders. In this documentary, he interviews over 50 experts that address the root causes of these disorders.

Dr. Hyman provides some details of his documentary series:

Broken Brain is a powerful docu-series that addresses the root causes of a terrifying and growing epidemic that includes Alzheimer’s, dementia, brain injuries, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, and everything in between. In each Broken Brainepisode, I take a deep dive with the top brain experts in the world, to provide real tools and the latest information, research, and solutions.

His number one goal for this documentary is to raise awareness and spread the word far and wide about fixing the epidemic of broken brains. Please watch this documentary and share with friends. Once we have the awareness, we are then equipped to take action. I am hopeful you take time to listen to the information brought forth from these experts.

As we know, we are stewards of our own health. How we fuel our bodies, how we move, manage stress, guard against environmental factors like the air we breathe, water we drink, lighting, EMF exposure, all factor into the health of our brains.
