Live the process...


Sometimes the best ideas or strategies are the simplest. This newsletter's concept is simple. Not necessarily easy but simple. Live the process... …those are words I recently saw on a t-shirt. It gave me pause. Live the process. Simple yet profound. It’s a good reminder that our time here, achieving goals, improving ourselves - is a process. Day by day, we work to become stronger, better than we were the day before. Lessons learned, knowledge shared, things ‘clicking’…all part of the process. Live the process… It might be helpful to ask yourself a few questions. What person do you want to be? Who do you want to become? Pick a direction and start working towards that. Understand that it is indeed a process. Grab ahold of that process and have the willingness to put in the work, to suffer, to make yourself great. Will you have set backs? Absolutely, we all do. Do you believe in your process? Enjoy it. Embrace the suck. Know this is taking you closer to the person you want to become. Envision who that person is. See it. Believe it.
